At present, the filter, pressure gage, flowmeter and controller, etc. in the domestic gas flowmeter system are installed along the pipeline, which is easy to cause incomplete pipeline cleaning between the filter and the flowmeter and disalignment of inlet and outlet flanges of the flowmeter, as a result the flowmeter is deformed and measures inaccurately. The skid-mounted system of the flowmeter is designed to solve these problems. A series of metering devices installed in a control cabinet can view the operating status of the built-in equipment, and at the same time increase the rainproof, moisture-proof and anti-theft performance of the skid-mounted system. Gas inlet and outlet flanges for pipe installation are reserved on both sides of the cabinet to facilitate installation and use.

The skid-mounted system mainly consists of the flowmeter, IC card controller, filter, control cabinet, pressure gauge, pipe and flange. The filter, flowmeter, IC card controller and pressure gauge are connected by pipes and flanges to form a whole and installed in a control cabinet to form a skid-mounted equipment, and connect with the external gas pipeline through the inlet and outlet flanges.
The flowmeter totalizer is equipped with an external LCD, which is installed at the opening of the door plank of the cabinet to be convenient for observing operation of the flowmeter.
The electronic control part of the IC card controller is installed at the opening of the door plank of the cabinet to be convenient for replacing the battery, inserting the card for purchase of gas and observing operation of the IC card controller.
The pipelines in the front and back of the flowmeter are equipped with pressure gauges, and have a view port to observe the gas pressure of the pipeline in the front and back of the flowmeter.
The control cabinet is equipped with a pick-resistant lock device to prevent the user from disassembling or destroying the instrument and gas pipeline in the cabinet.
The control cabinet protects the flowmeter and other equipment to ensure convenient transportation and installation.
